Welcome to Sunny Boys
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Sunny Boys website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
Website Information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, clear and up to date.
However, information about programs, availability, pricing, NDIS funding, schedules, courses and services may change.
Information provided on this website is general in nature and should not be considered individual NDIS, medical, legal or professional advice.
Please contact Sunny Boys directly to discuss your individual circumstances.
NDIS Services
Eligibility for Sunny Boys programs and the use of NDIS funding will depend on the participant's individual circumstances, goals, funding and applicable NDIS requirements.
Submitting an enquiry, referral or booking request does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a program or confirm that a particular service will be funded by the NDIS.
Sunny Boys will discuss service suitability, availability and relevant arrangements with the participant or their authorised representative before services begin.
Service Agreements
Where applicable, NDIS services provided by Sunny Boys may be subject to a separate Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement may contain specific information relating to supports, responsibilities, pricing, cancellations, payments and service delivery.
If there is any inconsistency between these website terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will apply to the relevant services.
Online Bookings
Some services, visits, consultations or training courses may be booked through our website.
Availability is subject to change.
Any applicable fees, cancellation requirements or course-specific conditions will be provided during the booking process or before the service is confirmed.
First Aid Training
Sunny Boys First Aid courses may have additional booking, attendance, identification, assessment, cancellation or certification requirements.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they enrol in the appropriate course for their workplace or individual requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, the Sunny Boys name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and other original materials on this website belong to Sunny Boys or are used with permission.
